Who collects the data

What may be collected

• Details submitted through the visitor landing form.
• Optional contact details, company or opportunity information.
• Basic technical information if captured, such as source page, referring page and browser user agent.

Why it is collected

• To understand who is viewing the portfolio.
• To manage career-related communication.
• To keep career and application records up to date.
• To support appropriate follow-up about roles, applications or opportunities.

What it will not be used for

• No newsletter.
• No marketing list.
• No selling or sharing for advertising.

Where it is stored

Visitor form submissions are intended to be stored in a private Google Sheet connected through a server-side webhook.

How long it is kept

Details are kept for up to 12 months unless they are manually deleted earlier.
